Just Eat Takeaway.com is planning to delist its shares from the London Stock Exchange to cut down on administrative costs and complexities, while maintaining its primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam. This move comes amid low trading volumes and liquidity in London, and shareholders are advised to consult their brokers on how to manage their holdings. The delisting is set to take effect on December 27, 2024.
