Jupiter Fund Management (GB:JUP) has released an update.
Jupiter Fund Management PLC has announced the grant of nil cost share options to key management personnel as part of their 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan. Chief Executive Officer Matthew Beesley and Chief Financial & Operating Officer Wayne Mepham were awarded 1,862,923 and 1,238,646 options respectively, which are subject to performance conditions and continued employment. These options will be exercisable from March 2029 to March 2034.
