Junee Limited has recently appointed two new independent directors, Mr. Ho Chuen Shin and Mr. Sze Kit Kwai, both bringing extensive legal and corporate governance experience to the company’s board starting October 1, 2024. The appointments reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership with seasoned professionals who have considerable expertise in guiding public companies. Each new director will receive an annual compensation of $18,000.
