Julie H. Daum announced her retirement from the Board of Directors of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida effective January 30, 2024. Having served on the Board since 2013 and being part of its key committees, her resignation is due to personal reasons and not due to any disagreements with the Company, which has expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure.
