Judges Scientific Director Sells Company Shares

Judges Scientific (GB:JDG) has released an update.

Judges Scientific PLC, a company specializing in scientific instruments, disclosed that Non-Executive Director Ralph Elman sold 25,791 of his ordinary shares at a price of 9400 pence each on October 1, 2024. This sale reduced Elman’s holding to 37,225 shares, amounting to roughly 0.56% of the company’s total issued share capital. The transaction took place outside of a trading venue.
