The deal, marking JTC’s second acquisition in the UK funds market in 2024, promises to enhance their institutional client services and support strategic growth by integrating Hanway’s expertise with JTC’s broader offerings. Hanway’s experienced team will join JTC’s Institutional Client Services Division, aiming to bolster JTC’s service delivery to UK listed clients.
