JTC PLC, a global professional services firm, has amplified its UK market presence by acquiring Hanway Advisory Limited, a company specializing in corporate governance, fund administration, and accounting services for UK listed investment companies. The deal, marking JTC’s second acquisition in the UK funds market in 2024, promises to enhance their institutional client services and support strategic growth by integrating Hanway’s expertise with JTC’s broader offerings.
