JTC PLC (GB:JTC) has released an update.
JTC PLC has reported that abrdn plc’s affiliated investment management entities have adjusted their voting rights in the company, crossing a significant threshold. This change occurred due to an internal in-specie transfer that resulted in abrdn plc indirectly controlling 5.152166% of JTC PLC’s voting rights as of September 5, 2024. The notification to JTC PLC was made the following day, reflecting the new distribution of voting power within the firm.
