National Grid plc has announced that JPMorgan Chase & Co. has crossed a major threshold in its holdings of National Grid’s voting ordinary shares, now owning a total of 5.055749% as of June 7, 2024. This change in ownership was formally notified to the company on June 11, 2024, reflecting both direct voting rights and various financial instruments such as equity swaps.
