Mbanugo, a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and law, will take over from interim CFO Khurram P. Sheikh, who remains the company’s CEO. Her compensation includes a $250,000 base salary, potential bonuses, and a stock option plan, along with provisions for termination and a Change in Control scenario.
