Jon Sebastiani has abruptly resigned from his roles on the Board of Directors and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Vintage Wine Estates, Inc., effective immediately. His departure is not due to any disputes or disagreements regarding the company’s operational, policy, or practice matters.
