John Zerr is set to retire from his roles at Invesco Ltd., impacting the Invesco CurrencyShares® Swiss Franc Trust where he serves on the board. His departure paves the way for Melanie Ringold, a seasoned legal expert within Invesco, to join the board. Ringold brings extensive experience, including her current position as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco and a proven track record from her previous role as Assistant General Counsel.
