John Bean Technologies Board Member Resigns, Streamlines Board

John Bean Technologies (JBT) just unveiled an update.

Emmanuel Lagarrigue has stepped down from his position on the Board of Directors at John Bean Technologies Corporation, as well as from his roles on the Audit Committee and the Governance and Sustainability Committee, effective February 27, 2024. Having been a board member since 2019, his departure is not due to any conflict with the company. Following his resignation, the board has been streamlined from eight to seven members.
