Zip Co Ltd has announced the retirement of John Batistich from its Board of Directors, effective at the end of the Annual General Meeting on November 7, 2024. Batistich has contributed six years of service to Zip, including roles as Chair of the Remuneration, People, and Culture Committee, and as a member of the Audit & Risk and Nomination Committees. His leadership in various key areas has been acknowledged as vital to the company’s success.
