JNBY Design Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on October 24, 2024, where shareholders will review and vote on key resolutions. The agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements, approval of a proposed final dividend of HK$0.86 per share, and re-election of directors. Additionally, the company will seek approval to issue additional shares or securities, up to 20% of the current issued shares, during the Relevant Period.
