JNBY Design Limited has provided clarification regarding various lease and concession agreements detailed in their June 3, 2024, announcement. They have confirmed that Huizhan Technology, involved in property holding, is now wholly owned by United Citi Investment Limited, which is in turn owned by the founders of JNBY. This supplemental information aims to keep shareholders and potential investors informed on the ownership structure post the June 20, 2023, shareholders’ transaction.
