JL MAG Rare-Earth Share Pledge and Release Update

JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:6680) has released an update.

JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. announced that certain shares held by the controlling shareholders, Ganzhou Xinsheng Investment Management Center and Ganzhou Geshuo Investment Management Center, have undergone changes; with shares being pledged by the former and released from pledge by the latter. The changes, which involve a pledge of 800,000 shares for loan repayments and daily operations, and a release of pledges on 551,400 shares, have been adjusted post the company’s 2022 annual equity distribution.
