JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) with all proposed resolutions passed. The meeting saw the appointment of directors for the fourth session of the Board, supervisors for the Supervisory Committee, and the adoption of the 2023 Profit Distribution Plan. Shareholders representing over half of the total shares with voting rights attended the AGM, held at Crowne Plaza Ganzhou.
