Jiyi Holdings Limited has announced a supplemental notice to its annual general meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for September 3, 2024, in Shenzhen, PRC. The AGM will address key issues including the adoption of the audited financial statements, the re-election of executive and non-executive directors, and the authorization for the Directors to issue and deal with additional company shares. The company also seeks to re-appoint their auditors and authorize the board to determine their pay.
