Jiumaojiu International Holdings Ltd. has successfully passed all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024, including the appointment of Ms. Wang Xiaomei as the new independent non-executive Director and chair of various committees. Shareholders also approved a final dividend of HKD0.15 per share and granted mandates for share repurchase and issuance, with the highest approval rates for the dividend declaration and repurchase mandate.
