JINS HOLDINGS Inc. has announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, JINS Vietnam Co., Ltd., in Ho Chi Minh City, aimed at expanding their eyewear business into the Vietnamese market. The new subsidiary, with a paid-in capital of 70 billion VND, will start operations by opening its first store in the summer of 2025. The company expects that the financial impact on the current fiscal year’s results will be minimal.
