Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd. has entered into new lease agreements with Jinke Property Group to continue operations in certain hotel properties, with the total value of right-of-use assets estimated at RMB51.8 million. These agreements, effective from January 2025, will see rental payments made quarterly, financed through internal sources, and are based on market rates with a 3% annual increment. This move comes as the previous Hotel Leasing Services Framework Agreement is set to expire at the end of 2024.
