Ltd., each with a deadweight of 63,500 metric tons. The company has empowered its board of directors to execute all necessary actions in connection with the acquisitions. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for the meeting and must lodge necessary documents with the company’s share registrar ahead of the meeting.
