Jindalee Lithium Limited is raising approximately $3.14 million through a non-renounceable entitlement offer at $0.30 per share, which includes additional short-term and long-term options for participants. The proceeds are intended to fund the completion of the McDermitt Pre-Feasibility Study, ongoing US activities, corporate costs, working capital, and the costs of the offers themselves. The offer is exclusively available to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, with ineligible foreign shareholders excluded due to regulatory costs.
