Jinchuan Group Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd (HK:2362) has released an update.

At the recent annual general meeting of Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd, all proposed resolutions were overwhelmingly approved by shareholders through poll voting. Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements, the re-election of board members, and the approval of a final dividend payment for the year. Shareholders also granted mandates for the issuance and repurchase of shares and approved the 2024 Share Option and Incentive Schemes.
