Jill Bright Appointed to Viad Board by Crestview Partners

Viad (VVI) has provided an announcement.

Jill Bright has joined the Board of Directors of Viad Corp as a Preferred Director, appointed by Crestview Partners thanks to a Stockholders Agreement. She will serve until the 2025 annual stockholders meeting unless she leaves her position earlier. Ms. Bright will be compensated as per Viad Corp’s director policy and will receive pro-rated annual retainers, fees, and customary equity grants for 2024. There are no reportable related transactions or relationships between Ms. Bright and Viad Corp.
