JiaXing Gas Group Co. Ltd. has announced a significant connected transaction where its subsidiary, Jiaran Construction, will provide landscape construction services to Yancheng Xingzhou for RMB 14.98 million. The project involves construction for a residential development in Jiangsu Province and is expected to be completed within 300 days from July 9, 2024. Due to the nature of the transaction and the relationships involved, it is subject to certain reporting requirements but is exempt from shareholder approval.
