JiaXing Gas Group Co., Ltd. has announced the cessation of its continuing connected transaction following the sale of Qingyuan Hotel to an independent third party, effectively ending the hotel’s status as a connected person to the company under the Listing Rules. The transactions related to the hotel property lease will no longer require annual review or reporting after the transfer’s completion on June 12, 2024. The lease agreement remains valid, and the company will continue to lease the property to the now-independent Qingyuan Hotel.
