The committee, solely comprising independent non-executive directors with requisite expertise, is tasked with reviewing financial disclosures, supervising audits, and evaluating internal controls. Additionally, measures have been put in place to prevent former partners of the company’s audit firm from serving on the committee immediately after their tenure.
