Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. ZHOU Minhui as a shareholder representative supervisor and member of the supervision committee effective June 12, 2024, due to work adjustments. Mr. ZHOU has stated there are no disagreements with the Board or issues that need to be disclosed to stakeholders. The Bank has expressed appreciation for Mr. ZHOU’s contributions during his tenure.
