Jiangsu Expressway Co. announced a potential related party transaction involving the conversion of Jiangsu Leasing Convertible Bonds by its subsidiary, Guangjing Xicheng Company. Following a feasibility study on the bonds’ conversion plan, the subsidiary is set to convert its bonds into 128,431,475 A shares of Jiangsu Financial Leasing, increasing its shareholding to approximately 9.64%. The conversion was triggered after Jiangsu Financial Leasing’s share price exceeded the conversion price threshold for 15 trading days.
