Jiangsu Expressway Co (HK:0177) has released an update.
Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has announced that shareholders must register their H shares by June 5, 2024, to participate in the AGM scheduled for June 26, 2024. Additionally, for eligibility to receive the final dividend for 2023, shareholders must complete their registration by July 3, 2024, with the dividend payout expected on July 26, 2024. The registration suspensions will take place from June 6-26 and July 4-9, respectively, for these two events.
