Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.47 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with an ex-dividend date set for 02 July 2024. Shareholders will need to consider withholding taxes of 10% for non-resident enterprises and 20% for resident individuals in China. The payment date for the dividend is scheduled for 26 July 2024.
