Jiangsu Expressway Co (HK:0177) has released an update.
Jiangsu Expressway Co. has announced that resolutions regarding adjustments to medium-term notes, corporate bonds, and the issuance of ultra-short-term notes, as well as the by-election of a non-executive director and supervisor, will be up for approval at the second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for November 12, 2024. Share transfer registrations for H shares will be suspended from October 23 to November 12, 2024, in preparation for the EGM, and H Shareholders must submit transfer instruments by October 22 if they wish to vote. Detailed information will be provided to H Shareholders in a circular to be dispatched by October 25, 2024.
