Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited successfully held the fourth meeting of its eleventh board session, where all 12 directors attended and unanimously approved two key resolutions. The first resolution appointed Ms. Xie Mengmeng as a non-executive director, with her term ending at the 2026 annual general meeting. The second resolution called for the convening of the 2024 second extraordinary general meeting, with the details to be published by an executive director.
