Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.47 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with a payment date set for 26 July 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of 0.5153 per share, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0964. Tax will be withheld at rates of 10% for non-resident corporate entities and 20% for resident individuals in Mainland China.
