Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has announced a reshuffle in its board of directors and supervisory committee following the retirement of several members due to personal commitments and work changes. New appointments were made during the 2023 Annual General Meeting, with a new slate of executive and non-executive directors, as well as supervisors, now part of the team. The company has ensured that the newly appointed members have no conflicts of interest and are compliant with relevant Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance regulations.
