Jia Yao Holdings Limited has successfully passed all resolutions during its 2023 Annual General Meeting held on 7 June 2024. Shareholders unanimously approved the audited accounts, the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors, and the election of company directors. In addition, a general mandate was granted to the directors to handle the issuance of additional shares up to 20% of the issued shares.
