JH Educational Technology Welcomes New Secretary

JH Educational Technology INC. (HK:1935) has released an update.

JH Educational Technology INC. has announced a change in its corporate structure with Ms. Sze Suet Ling taking over as the company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective from 19 July 2024. She replaces Ms. Mak Po Man Cherie, who has resigned from these roles but leaves without any disagreement or undisclosed issues. Ms. Sze brings over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and is highly qualified with a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance and a background in business administration.
