JFrog (FROG) just unveiled an update.
JFrog Ltd. announced the appointment of Luis Visoso as a Class III director and member of the audit committee, starting July 23, 2024. Visoso will be compensated in line with the company’s policies for non-employee directors and will also enter into a standard indemnification agreement. His appointment is independent of any material transactions or pre-existing arrangements with other parties.
