Jet2 PLC (GB:JET2) has released an update.
Jet2 PLC has announced that its CEO, Steve Heapy, has transferred 28,053 ordinary shares between broker nominee accounts, with no change to his beneficial holding, which remains at 459,795 shares or roughly 0.21% of the company’s issued share capital. The transaction, detailed in compliance with UK Market Abuse Regulation, occurred outside of a trading venue and did not affect the share price.
