Jet2 PLC (GB:JET2) has released an update.
Jet2 PLC has announced that CEO Steve Heapy has transferred 28,053 ordinary shares within different broker nominee accounts, leaving his total beneficial holding unchanged at 459,795 shares, which is about 0.21% of the company’s issued share capital. This internal transfer did not affect the market as it was conducted outside of a trading venue and was reported in compliance with UK Market Abuse Regulation.
