JENSEN-GROUP has bought back 700 of its own shares on Euronext Brussels between July 15 and July 19, 2024, representing 1.44% of its outstanding shares. The buyback is a part of a larger program announced in August 2023, under the authorization of their May 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting, with 529,731 shares still available for purchase. The company, a leader in sustainable solutions for the laundry industry, operates in 22 countries and employs 1,879 people as of March 31, 2024.
