Javelin Minerals Limited has announced a capital raise of up to $2 million through a combination of a $750,000 placement to select investors and a $1.25 million rights issue to current shareholders. The funds will primarily support ongoing work on existing projects and the exploration of new opportunities in the resources sector. The offer includes an entitlement for shareholders to receive one free option for each share subscribed, exercisable at $0.002 until the end of 2028.
