Jasper Investments Limited has announced the in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange for the issuance of over 19 billion new shares to support the company’s funding efforts and strategic acquisitions. This substantial share issuance will finance operations, future plans, and facilitate the acquisition of a majority stake in Prosper Excel Engineering Pte. Ltd. Additionally, shares will be allotted to new investors, company directors, and in settlement of the CEO’s bonus entitlements.
