Jasper Investments Limited convened an Extraordinary General Meeting on July 19, 2024, where attendees, including shareholders and the management team, gathered to discuss the appointment of RT LLP as the company’s auditors. The resolution to appoint RT LLP was to be voted on by poll, with CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. acting as the scrutineer to ensure compliance with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s procedures. No questions from shareholders were received prior to the meeting, and the Chairman encouraged open dialogue during the session.
