Jasper Investments Limited has announced the termination of a significant share subscription agreement with Bambang Sugeng bin Kajairi, who was set to acquire 674,603,174 new ordinary shares, due to his need to focus on other full-time commitments. Concurrently, Sugeng will resign from his role as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the company. This follows the company’s successful funding efforts, securing over S$22 million for business expansion and working capital, rendering the previously planned subscription unnecessary.
