Jasper Investments Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Goh Yang Jun as the new Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Lead Independent Director, effective from 6 September 2024. This move aligns with corporate governance best practices and ensures a balance of power within the company. Concurrently, Mr. Goh Hao Kwang Dennis steps down as Executive Chairman but will maintain his role as CEO.
