Jasper Investments Limited has announced that its Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Goh Hao Kwang Dennis, and Independent Director, Mr. Osith Ramanathan, are set to subscribe to over 1.3 billion new ordinary shares to raise a total of S$2 million in gross proceeds. The subscription, initially mentioned in a June 6, 2024 announcement, comes at an issue price of S$0.0015 per share. The company also disclosed an extension to the long-stop date, which is the deadline for completing the subscription.
