Jarvis Securities plc has announced the submission of a final report by a skilled person reviewing the systems and controls of its subsidiary, Jarvis Investment Management Limited (JIML), to the Financial Conduct Authority. Following the recommendations, JIML is formulating a remediation plan with the aim of lifting the voluntary restrictions placed on its operations. The company’s next step is the initiation of Phase 2, where the Skilled Person will review JIML’s remediation work and provide a final opinion.
