Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited has reported an administrative error involving the inadvertent transfer of 2,963 ordinary shares from the trust of a family associated with Director E P K Weatherall to that of his non-reporting child. The notification, which is part of the company’s compliance with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority regulations, marks an initial notification of the mishap that occurred outside a trading venue.
